#19 - Bumper Sticker
I would like to see more considerate pick-up truck drivers on the road. This guy seemed to be the proverbial exception from the rule, he even noticed my scooter, and waved at me when I rode by.
Ten more to go and I am slowly running out of creative ideas. I dug through my archives, and continued to take a few pictures here and there - but they look all the same as they were taken mostly in the We(s)t Coast rain...
That truck owner must ride too.
ReplyDeleteI too am running out of ideas. I must go see what I can find in the archives or take a yard picture. I think we are actually supposed to see a spell of sun today.
I made that challenge even harder for me as I wanted it to be dedicated to motorcycle related content. It is hard this time of the year though...

ReplyDeleteI think this photo challenge would have been easier in July don't you? I was hoping to take fresh pics each day, but gave up on that after a few days! Ah-well, that's what those archives are for!
You bet, at least there would be the occasional sunny ride, places to go and new roads to take. For now it is just commuting back and forth, and with the rain we get... not many exciting extra trips...
DeleteMy archives are kinda drained now. I hope I will be able continue with some moto related stuff. Otherwise I might have to post pictures of myself in embarrassing situations...

ReplyDeleteI agree, that trucker was probably another "biker/scooterist" . Everytime I see a slow scooter on a busy street, I follow, give lots of room to protect their rear. I hope they appreciate it

Riding the Wet Coast
Bob, you are probably right. There are occasionally caged riders out there that seem to be caring about two-wheelers, and the moto crowd might not always notice them, but I am pretty sure that they appreciate the butt covering.
DeleteSonja - great pictures! The truck dude is a biker, the little triangle sticker is from twisted throttle. The rain seems to be unending it was great to see sun today! My whole family two wheeled it today. I took the scoot & my hub rode my bike with our daughter 2up. It's was great the 3 of us being out together.. They are forecasting rain pretty much all week except for Thursday. I'm tired of the soggy factor. BRING ON SUN! AND WARMTH and I will be a happy happy girl,
