First Outing together in 2012

Different schedule or adverse weather conditions or other odds such as our trip to Germany or the woman flu kept us from riding together this year. But finally we made it. The temperature gauge on Bella showed no more than 4C (39F), but what the heck.
Although temporarily put in hibernation mode the scooters woke up on first push of the button. The roads were still wet and slippery with debris from the most recent windstorm.
The parking lot was empty. So we used up all the space for ourselves.
It was no more than the usual quick 'after work around the block' trip. It got chilly real quick, and there was a stiff breeze. But it felt so good to be out together again.
Could it be spring?

    1. A whole week? Poor Guido. This is why we ride in the rain up here... helps with the cabin fever.

  9. Sonja,
I like the first photo. I like the scooter's positioning and, of course, the background is pretty good :)

I even like better that this outing means the flu-bug has let go of you, yay!

  10. So glad you guys got a ride in, and it looks like a lovely day. Blue skies belie the cold temps, but we know the truth. We have to grab these little gems of opportunity when they are given to us. Come on Spring!

  12. Thirty nine? You people are hardy souls! It is absolutely gorgeous there. We'll have to come up with something like an exchange student program where we alternate visiting each other's "backyard."
