A family trip to Quedlinburg

My brother invited us over, and we got to spend three lovely days in a pretty decent hotel on his account. Since Roland had started a new job recently he couldn't make it to our little family reunion, and sis and son were traveling, so it was down to my mom, my niece and myself.

Villa Westerberge

Besides having good food in merry company we got to visit the medieval city of Quedlinburg, yet another UNESCO world heritage site with hundreds of well preserved timber-frame buildings from six centuries.

On a side note: The region itself is famous for its mustard variations as well as cheesecake variations and liquor variations, and we got to taste all of it...

  2. Ein schöner Kontrast zu meinen Landschaftsbildern, deine Stadtbilder, du fängst die Objekte immer sehr gefällig ein.
