This is what our 'backyard' looks like. Every day we can watch grapes grow. The fields and orchards explode with greenery. Although we live a mere half hour ride by car or train from the big city, it feels like countryside. On weekdays there is not much pedestrian traffic on the trails which gives us the opportunity to let Hilda roam free (she still carries a GPS monitor though, just in case...).

ReplyDeleteAuch ihr lebt in einem schönen Umfeld, das mag ich euch gönnen. Ich kann meinen Loki auch nur frei laufen lassen, wenn es wirklich weit herum frei ist, vor allem ohne Autostrassen.

Autoverkehr ist auch unsere große Sorge. Besonders wenn laut klappernde Fahrzeuge oder Anhänger vorbeifahren, will Hilda diese immer angreifen... aber hier in den Reben und auf den Feldern ist die Gefahr gering. LG SonjaM
