I seemed to have "infected" my better half with the hiking virus. Whenever the weather permitted we went outside and explored the beautiful Odenwald and Pfälzer Wald, two close-by regions covered with forests and vineyards.
Ich habe wohl den Gatten mit meinem Wandervirus angesteckt. Immer, wenn das Wetter einigermaßen annehmbar war, ging es hinaus in den Odenwald oder Pfälzer Wald, beides ist ja gleich um's Eck.

You have such a great eye for composition Sonja - absolutely wonderful photos. There's so much natural beauty in Europe - wish we were closer. I think extensive overseas travel is quite some way off for all of us for a while yet. Take care....

ReplyDeleteThanks, Dom. The mooning lady had me wondering as well, but it had in fact been a medieval mockery of enemies, because the city stayed strong during wars and was never conquered.
DeleteRoland wouldn't call it training but rather speak of torture.
