A weird City... or not?

Portland: Drove into the city, parked the car and forgot about it. Everything can be done by the 4T: Trail, Tram, Trolley or Train. And it works actually quite well... weird!

One of the greenest North American cities I have ever been to. You actually see people walking, biking (the pedal thingy), commuting by public transit, or driving funny electric cars. Double plus weird.

 Portlanders are weird and proud of it.

 This zebra car is fueling up... electricity.

Another memorable attribute of Portland is: WET. Capital letters! It's raining all the time, but the only people using umbrellas are the tourists. Did I mention that Portlanders are weird? Let them prosper and multiply!

If I had a Million Dollars

Trobairitz called out for a challenge.

If you had unlimited funds and could have one bike for every day of the week, what bikes would you choose?

Monday: I would keep my Sportster 883, and modify it to my liking. Just for the vibes.

Tuesday: It's Bonnie time. I always wanted one, now I can have it, right?

Wednesday: Paolo, my Vespa GT200 gets an orange paint job. Yes, I love that little Italian.

Thursday: I am in the mood for tri-coloured G650GS (pic from interweb), for a little off road challenge, well, make that gravel.

Friday: Meet my Triumph 675 Street Triple R (pic from interweb). It's a sex machine, 'nuff said!

Saturday: This new scooter BMW C600S strikes a chord, and I need to find out why.

Sunday: Promenading on a Norton Commando 961 (pic from interweb). Does this classy piece really need an explanation?

But basically four bikes would probably do it. Really!

One scooter to zip around in town.

One street bike for the open road.

One Cafe Racer because it's got the style.

One dual sport bike to go where the others can't.
