My Townie's getting Company

Solitude lasted only for a week, then Roland overcame his laziness and joined me for a pedal bike ride. His cycle is a very handsome old blue-grey Diamant, made in Germany.

Gesellschaft für mein Townie
Die Einsamkeit dauerte nur eine Woche. Roland besiegte seine Faulheit, besorgte sich ebenfalls ein Fahrrad (Diamant) und begleitete mich auf einem abendlichen Ausritt.

      The clouds were actually a promise (or threat) of a bad weather front just in time for the weakend.

    Great pictures. Nice that Roland has joined you in the pedal powered two-wheels.

    We keep saying we need to get out on our bicycles more.........

      It's much better getting out for a quick pedal bike trip since summer time kicked in. Sometimes just for an hour or so. We don't want to overdo it ;-)

    Oh, dieses Posting ist mir völlig entgangen. Ich habe immer nur "Townie" gelesen und gedacht, dass ich es schon kenne. Aber das zeigt mal wieder: Wer lesen kann, ist klar im Vorteil, bzw. wer genau liest ... :)

    Ich finde es klasse, dass Roland auch ein Fahrrad angeschafft und ihr jetzt gemeinsam in die Pedalen tretet.
