Der neue stolze Eigentümer war so nett und hat mir ausrichten lassen, dass es meiner ehemaligen orangefarbenen Vespa GTS 300 SuperSport gut geht. Der Roller bekommt nun endlich die Behandlung, die er verdient hat: neunhundert Kilometer hat er an diesem langen Wochenende bereits herunter gespult. Das ist fast so viel, wie ich im ganzen letzten Jahr gemacht habe. Dabei wurde auch nochmal bestätigt, dass Alonzo in perfektem Allgemeinzustand ist, super läuft und bereits einige Motorradfahrer ziemlich "alt" aussehen ließ. Weiterhin gute Fahrt!

ReplyDeleteOh, and I agree with the prevailing sentiment--scooters / motorcycles simply must be ridden.
Ry, this was was for economic reasons mostly, Bella is an old (but fine) lady, while Alonzo is half the age, and while Bella was regularly put to work as a commuter vehicle (a bit beaten up, battle scars and all), Alonzo was kept protected to keep up the potential resale value.
